Eligibility
- If you received an invitation to join with an invitation code, our records indicate you are pre-qualified and that you meet the membership criteria.
- If a student is interested in the advantages of membership, but did not receive an invitation, there is a process for self-nomination where the student submits proof of eligibility.
- SAT score of 1300+
- ACT score of 27+ or
- Minimum GPA of 3.5+
Cost
The one-time Torch and Laurel membership fee covers the cost of member benefits and platforms, including scholarships, personalized materials, programs, and administration. The tiers of membership include:
- A Classic Torch & Laurel Membership costs $79
- A Premium Torch & Laurel Membership costs $149

How to join?
Click the Join button to get started. If you received an invitation code, select the “I received an invitation code” join option. Otherwise, if you would like to nominate yourself for membership, select the “I would like to nominate myself” option. You’ll then be asked for your information, to select your membership type, and make your payment. You may be asked to supply proof of eligibility as part of your membership application. Once your membership is confirmed, you will receive an email welcoming you as the newest lifetime member of The Society of Torch and Laurel.
